Terms For Bus Rental (English)

Minimum Kilometers: A minimum average of 300 km/day is applicable. An additional charge of ₹400 per hour will be levied for hours between 12:00 AM and 12:00 PM.

Taxes and Fuel Costs: After vehicle booking, all applicable government taxes and fuel (diesel) costs are to be borne by the customer.

Passenger Responsibility: Passengers must check their belongings before disembarking. The company will not be held responsible for any lost or misplaced items.

Luggage Charges: Separate charges will apply for large luggage items such as sofas, beds, or other bulky goods.

Driver’s Meal Allowance: A lunch allowance of ₹500 for the driver is to be paid by the passenger.

Tolls and Permits: Passengers are responsible for bridge tolls, road taxes, railway parking, airport parking, over-passenger charges, and city entry permits.

Air Conditioning Usage: The air conditioning (A.C.) will not operate when the bus is parked or during hill station journeys.

Kilometer Calculation: Kilometers will be calculated from the bus parking location to the bus parking location.

A.C. and Non-A.C. Charges: A.C. kilometers will also be considered as non-A.C. kilometers if the A.C. is not operational from the designated closure point.

Terms For Tours Packages (English, Gujarati)

(1) Overnight stay will be provided in a deluxe hotel. (If there are four people in a room, there will be 1 double bed + 1 extra bed. If there are two people in a room, 1 double bed will be provided.)

(૧) રાત્રી રોકાણ ડીલક્ષ હોટલમાં આપવામાં આવશે. ( ૧ રૂમમાં ચાર વ્યકિત વચ્ચે રૂમ હશે તો ૧ ડબલ બેડ+૧ એકસ્ટ્રા પથારીની વ્યવસ્થા રહેશે. ૧ રૂમમાં બે વ્યકિત હશે તો ૧ ડબલ બેડ આપવામાં આવશે ).

(2) Rooms will be provided as per the hotel check-in and check-out.

(૨) હોટલના ચેક-ઇન, ચેક-આઉટ પ્રમાણે રૂમ આપવામાં આવશે.

(3) During the tour, the fees for sightseeing, jeep safari, mineral water and room service charges, where our bus cannot go, will be at your own expense.

(૩) પ્રવાસ દરમ્યાન જોવાલાયક સ્થળોની ફી, જીપ સફારી, મીનરલ વોટર તેમજ રૂમ સર્વિસ ચાર્જ જયાં આપણી બસના જઈ ના શકે ત્યાં જવા-આપવાનો ચાર્જ સ્વખર્ચે રહેશે.

(4) The traveler will have to bring his identity card, small bag of clothes, clothes, towels, necessary medicines.

(૪) પ્રવાસીએ પોતાનું ઓળખ કાર્ડ, કપડાંની નાની બેગ, કપડાં, ટુવાલ, જરૂરી દવાઓ સાથે લાવવાની રહેશે. 

(5) In group hotel booking, towels, tea-coffee maker etc. are not provided in the hotel facilities.

(૫) ગ્રુપ હોટેલ બુકીંગમાં ટોવેલ, ટી-કોફી મેકર વિગેરે હોટલની સુવિધામાં આપવામાં આવતી નથી.
